As part of the enrollment process, you will be asked to designate a Primary Administrator for your company. By designating this Primary Administrator, you are authorizing them to be able to:

  • Create and maintain Online Banking Users, including assigning and revoking Online Banking access privileges.
  • Provide Users with User IDs and passwords and reset passwords.
  • Provide administrative privileges identical to that of the Primary Administrator to any User, including the ability to create and maintain subsequent User accounts, and to assign and revoke access privileges. A Primary Administrator can only be designated and removed by an authorized signer and not by an Administrator setup by the Primary Administrator.
  • Manage security levels related to services, including: Wire Transfers, ACH Origination, ACH Verify, Check Verify, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit, Lockbox and any other services that might be subsequently added.
  • Control service transaction limits, including without limitation the ability to assign dollar amount limits to transfers of funds.
  • Setup account alerts.
