As part of the enrollment process, you will be asked to designate a Primary Administrator for your company. By designating this Primary Administrator, you are authorizing them to be able to:

Create and maintain Online Banking Users, including assigning and revoking Online Banking access privileges.
Provide Users with User IDs and passwords and reset passwords.
Provide administrative privileges identical to that of the Primary Administrator to any User, including the ability to create and maintain subsequent User accounts, and to assign and revoke access privileges. A Primary Administrator can only be designated and removed by an authorized signer and not by an Administrator setup by the Primary Administrator.
Manage security levels related to services, including: Wire Transfers, ACH Origination, ACH Verify, Check Verify, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit, Lockbox and any other services that might be subsequently added.
Control service transaction limits, including without limitation the ability to assign dollar amount limits to transfers of funds.
Setup account alerts.
