FRAUD ALERT
We have received reports of individuals impersonating Choice Bank employees and contacting customers by phone. These callers may ask you to log in to your online banking account or provide your login credentials.
This is a scam. Choice Bank will never ask for your online banking password over the phone.
If you receive a suspicious call:
- Do not share any personal or account information.
- Hang up immediately.
- Call Choice Bank directly using the phone number listed on our website.

If your company has not been setup in online banking, contact your primary contact at Choice to get started! If your company is already enrolled in online banking, and you need login credentials, the Primary Administrator at your company can assist in providing access to you.
